I don't know officer Arthur Becerra, but I do know that he's from the 70th precinct and will make sure that every penny from this campaign goes to him and his children.
P.S. Although, I will inquire from officer Becerra to buy a case of beer for the entire precinct (when off duty) and make fun of the mayor!
