Cal’s Top Surgery

Hey everyone!

If you don’t know me, my name is Cal! I’m a 27 y.o. Scottish trans man living in England and my pronouns are he/him.

Since puberty, even before I had really confronted my gender identity, I knew I wanted top surgery. This has always been one of, and remains one of, the biggest sources of my gender dysphoria.

Since I started medically transitioning in April 2024, I started going to the gym to become more physically fit, and it’s got to a point where it is nearly impossible for me to bind my chest. Binders are becoming too restrictive to use as I grow in size. The euphoria I feel in my body becoming “more masculine” cannot be fully enjoyed as I still have to grapple with seeing my chest everyday.

It is my 27th birthday on 06/01 and it is my goal for 2025 to raise money for this top surgery which costs £5000. I want to get my top surgery done in Poland and after lots of research I have found out that it’s where I can get the best results. Whilst I myself will fund living costs, travel expenses and a place where to stay, I will also be paying for my partner to travel and stay there with me for approximately two weeks, to aid my post op recovery.
