Hello, My name is BLU.

I am an artist that loves life.

I like to laugh and make others laugh too.

I have a great sense of humor and am a man that, unfortunately, is not fully represented in this body.

For so long in my life, I felt like I didn't belong or was different. I felt alienated as if no one would understand how I felt. I didn't have the words to describe how I was feeling. Many hurtful labels could be said about me, however, I am much more than a label. Why would anyone want to be labeled as it, freak or tranny. I pushed down and denied who I was. The truth is, I am proud of who I am.

After A LOT of counseling and introspection, I found myself. I learned that I do love myself and would like to share this person with others.

I have been on this journey to pursue my true self for four years. During this time I have felt my body and mind become congruent, which in turn has been life-saving. I live with less anxiety. I am more confident and I am proud of who I am as a HUMAN.

In this next stage, I am preparing to see that man, reflected in the mirror. That consists of a procedure known as top surgery and/or medically transition which will take place on October 27, 2022. I need your help with some of the costs as I pursue my true self. Some of these costs include post-surgical care and finalization of legal paperwork completed by an attorney.

I am no longer ashamed or apologetic for who I am. I am a kind, loving and honest HUMAN. That is what is most important. A HUMAN!
