Help Save My Kitten’s Life

My sweet kitten Blu has had a very tough start in life. He was abandoned by his mother as a newborn and had to be bottle-fed. Because of that early neglect, he has always been smaller than other kittens his age, but what he lacked in size, he made up for in heart. He has been my constant companion, my comfort, and my joy.

Recently, his health took a turn for the worse. After weeks of struggling with eating, weakness, and stomach problems, he was diagnosed with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) — a disease that, until very recently, was considered fatal. My heart broke hearing those words.

Thankfully, there is hope. He has just started receiving life-saving antiviral injections that can cure FIP. But the treatment is long (12+ weeks) and very expensive — costing thousands of dollars. Right now, he is lethargic, anemic, and fighting with everything he has. I’m determined to give him every chance at life, but I can’t do it alone.

He deserves the chance to grow up, to play, and to live the long, happy life he was meant to have. I love him more than words can express, and I want to fight for him as much as he is fighting right now.
