Funding for Blue: Would love your help!!!

Hello, my name is Brooke. Yesterday afternoon, I rescued a dog named Blue. I found him chained outside for an extended period of time. After some asking around, I learned that he belonged to my neighbor, who explained that he had recently been diagnosed with cancer. Sadly, he had given Blue to someone else, who ended up neglecting him.Our neighbor is no longer in a position to care for Blue, so we took him in.

After spending just one night with him, it became clear that something was wrong. Blue was urinating frequently, with visible blood; his paws were irritated; and he was limping, clearly in pain. At his vet visit, we found out he has a urinary tract infection, severe allergies in his paws, and Lyme disease—something he will live with for the rest of his life. The Lyme disease will need ongoing treatment to prevent damage to his kidneys. We would also like to get X-rays on his back leg to determine the cause of his pain. In addition, Blue needs to be neutered and receive his rabies shot.
