F, a loving and devoted father of three and husband to Etelvina for over 20 years, was taken from his family by ICE on February 26, leaving his children without their kind and devoted father and the family without their sole source of income. The family is devastated and unable to cover rent and basic expenses solely on Etelvina's income from childcare.

F and Etelvina have lived, worked, and contributed to the fabric of our community for 25 years. They are a much-loved family. Their eldest son serves in the U.S. Marine Corps, while their younger children attend middle and high school, fulfilling their community service hours with local organizations. Etelvina has been actively involved in the community for years, collaborating with the PTA and women's leadership initiatives, ensuring her children grow up instilling in them the highest values ​​of kindness and service to the community.

F and Etelvina have guided their lives by faith and hope. Francisco has served as a deacon and a much-loved leader for many years at his church in Silver Spring. The community is heartbroken that ICE indiscriminately took this devoted father, husband, and community member from us.
