Good news. We are currently expecting soon official approval to install John Fullwood's blue plaque on a Council owned building. Thank you again to those who donated. Those who did will receive a personal message. Paul Fullwood and I are hoping to announce very soon the unveiling date/venue for John Fullwood's blue plaque.

John was born in 1854 in Wolverhampton and became an internationally recognised landscape artist. To Wulfrunians he is known for his etchings of Wolverhampton locations and the Black Country. Wolverhampton Society have agreed to organise and help install a blue plaque in recognition of John Fullwood's home town works of art. Suitable locations for siting the plaque are being discussed with the owner and local authority. A decision to proceed is expected soon. I'm David Fullwood and with my cousin Paul Fullwood we are hoping to raise £600 to cover the costs for making a Blue Plaque in John Fullwood's name. Please give generously.
