Your generosity made it possible for Blue to have the essential surgery we have been waiting for.

As of February 29th, the procedure was a success!

Blue is currently home getting all of the love and care he deserves.

Thanks to all of you, we were able to make a large down payment to our vet of over $3000!

We are now moving forward with a payment plan through Care Credit, a credit card specifically for pet emergencies.

Our monthly payment of $600 is a significant stretch for our family.

Unfortunately, we are asking for help with our monthly payments and future check ups and appointment costs.

Every bit helps us continue giving the best care to Blue and cover necessary recovery costs.

Hey there!

Our favoritest boy and your best friend is needing an essential surgery on his back leg.

Blue slipped on the front porch stairs and is not able to put weight on it since.

After multiple visits to our vet, they determined Blue has a ruptured cranial cruciate ligament.

The cranial cruciate ligament is one of the most important stabilizers inside the canine knee (stifle) joint, the middle joint in the back leg.

Basically, he tore his acl.

Unfortunately, the surgery is a complicated, invasive procedure and expected to take a year or more to properly heal.

Further more, it’s VERY expensive.

Our house needs donations for surgery to give Blue the quality of life the good boy deserves.

He is a blue healer and naturally loves the outdoors and being your best buddy.

Blue is 10 years old with another birthday coming up.

We're hoping to be able to get Blue into surgery asap but our vet is booked solid for over a month.

In the meantime we’re looking for any kind of help we can get.

We aren’t able to afford the extensive procedure on our own and we don’t want to cancel our appointment since we were so lucky to get it.
