Every day, impaired driving changes lives forever. For more than 40 years, I have worked in public service focused on DWI enforcement, training, and education. Throughout my career, I’ve seen the flashing blue lights, the broken glass, and the devastating aftermath that families are forced to live with long after the crash scene is cleared. That experience inspired me to create Blue Lights & Broken Glass: Beyond the Crash — a podcast and video platform dedicated to sharing the real stories of DWI crash victims, survivors, first responders, and families affected by impaired driving.
This project is not about sensationalism. It’s about awareness, education, prevention, and giving people a voice whose stories deserve to be heard. Your support will help fund podcast and video production equipment, cameras, lighting, audio gear, studio and backdrop setup, editing software and production tools, travel expenses for interviews and storytelling, website, branding, outreach efforts, and ongoing production costs to keep the project growing.
My goal is simple: To create meaningful conversations that may help prevent future tragedies and remind people that every decision behind the wheel affects real lives. If you believe in safer roads, supporting victims, and bringing awareness to the true impact of impaired driving, I would be honored to have your support. Thank you for helping bring this mission to life. — Daniel Cutler
