Hello Friends!
We are hosting Blue Balloon Art in the Park this coming August to honour the memory and spirit of Bjay Nathan who passed away in the summer of 2015.
Art in the Park is the result of merging Bjay's most cherished passions; nature and art. Our goal is to bring together friends, family & members of the community to participate and enjoy a day of creative expression.
At Art in the Park, local artists will guide you through the exercise of creating one of our suggested nature themed paintings. You are also welcome to create your own nature inspired image. No experience necessary! Whether you are a beginner or a Picasso, the aim is to have fun!
We will provide the art materials and guide you through the painting instruction, your job is to have a blast, leave with your painting in hand in hopes that it will serve to remind you of the positive effects of artistic expression. Furthermore, inspiring you to challenge yourself in other creative endeavours!
Please join us Sunday, August 20th between the hours of 11:00am-5:00 pm at Dufferin Grove Park. Families are encouraged to pack a picnic lunch and spend the day at the park with us!
