Bloxham senior rugby club will be touring South Africa in July 2025. We are not just planning a tour; we are embarking on a once-in-a-lifetime journey that fosters growth, resilience, and memories that will stay with us for a long time.

Our team needs your support. By contributing to our fundraising campaign, you will help us cover our tour kit and playing shirts, alongside other experiences while in South Africa. More importantly, you'll be investing in young Bloxhamists and help to provide a platform to showcase their talents on a global stage.

For fundraising events we will be doing the following:

Michaelmas term:

'The Million Pound Lift' - This involves all 35 touring players collectively lifting 1 Million pounds in one gym session! This is ~12,960KG per player! This will be split as each player decides, e.g 259 reps of 50kg. Please keep a look out for this event which we will complete in school before Christmas, with suitable fancy dress outfits chosen!

Lent term:

Rugby Fundraising Dinner – This will include silent auction prizes as well as a guest speaker. We will hold this in the Great Hall at school and it will be a black tie event.

Summer term:

Golf Day – Dad’s and Lads - This will be a chance to enjoy a golf day organised by Mr Selby-Lowndes with a post round function to follow with prizes and auction as well.
