Hi, we’re El and Ethan, proud owners of our sweet kitten, Blossom.

We adopted Blossom from a private “rescuer,” but unfortunately we discovered several unexpected issues after bringing him home. He came without any vaccination records or proof of medical history, was noticeably underweight, developed a bloated stomach that continued to grow within days, and we also learned that he is not actually the sex we were originally told (which explains the name!).

As a result, Blossom now requires ongoing veterinary care, including medications, blood tests, laboratory testing, prescription food, and further investigations to determine the cause of his symptoms. Despite everything, he remains a loving and affectionate kitten, and we are committed to giving him the care he deserves.

The cost of his treatment is becoming more than we can manage on our own. The next steps in his care include an ultrasound, additional diagnostic testing, travel costs to appointments, laboratory testing including the IDEXX Fel Faecal O & P with Diarrhoea PCR, and eventually his desexing procedure. These expenses are quickly adding up while we are already balancing high rental costs and reduced work hours.

We love Blossom deeply and would never want to give him up. Any donation, no matter the size, will go directly towards his veterinary care and help us get the answers and treatment he needs to live a healthy life.
