Bloom in Schools: Supporting Children's Well-being

Hi, my name is Julia, and I'm currently pursuing my Master's Degree at Harvard Extension School from my current home in Dublin, Ireland.

As a privileged adult engaged in further education, a core component of my studies involves understanding and contributing to global well-being. For my charity project, I've chosen to support a cause I deeply believe in: A Lust For Life Schools (https://alflschools.com/).

As a mother of a young girl, I deeply believe that fostering positive mental health in schools is fundamental for children to thrive academically and personally. A Lust For Life Schools provides a vital 10-week teacher-led programme with the following key aims:

Build resilience in children.
Increase overall well-being.
Enhance emotional literacy from Junior Infants to 6th class.
Equip children with tools and skills to navigate life's challenges.
