Blind Cricket Tasmania

The Inclusive Innovations Tasmania (IIT) Blind Cricket Tasmania (BCT) statewide program operates under MoU with Cricket Tasmania, and in partnership with Blind Sports Aust and Blind Cricket Aust. BCT just won Cricket Tasmania’s Community Partnership of the Year Award.

 

IIT seeks support to fund the all-ages, all-abilities statewide participation program as well as send our 'Tigers' state players to the National Cricket Inclusion Championships (NCIC).

 

Many players don't have the means to fund attendance at the NCIC, or purchase the necessary equipment and clothing.

 

Thanks to Kookaburra Cricket Aust for donating playing kits (bats, pads, gloves) and Cricket Tas for training equipment and partnership support, allowing for a high-quality playing experience for blind and visually impaired participants.

 

We welcome financial support from corporates, businesses, individuals and charity organisations to help us sustain the program and make the State Team Players’ dreams come true!
