Hello, my name is Tanveer Ahmed, a Pakistani-born Blind Archer with a proud history of representing my home country on the international stage. Today, I’m honored to share that I have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to represent the United States at the Chicago Para Archery World Ranking Event, taking place from August 26–31, 2026.

As a legally blind athlete, I’ve overcome many challenges and broken barriers to reach this level in Para Archery. With dedication, discipline, and the support of my community, I’ve proudly earned international medals, including:

Gold Medal at the Para Archery World Ranking Event 2024 (Czech Republic)

Silver Medal & World No. 2 Title in the 2022 Para Archery World Championships

Gold in the Mixed Team Event – Andorra International Open 2022

Total of 7 International Medals from 2022–2024

Now, representing Team USA as a Visually Impaired (VI) Archer, I will be competing in Chicago, a crucial event on the road to even greater achievements for the U.S. Para Archery community.

To participate in this competition, I need to raise $6,000 to cover all necessary expenses for both myself and my spotter/assistant, including:
