A beloved Ventura family, the Mykytiuks, have recently been hit incredibly hard by COVID.  Both Brian and Lindy tested positive for COVID in early April and have been fighting a variety of symptoms and medical issues for over a month.  On April 21st, Brian was admitted to the hospital due to low oxygen levels and an inability to breath.  He's been on oxygen since his arrival, undergoing a variety of tests and treatments, including moving back and forth from ICU as his prognosis fluctuates.  Lindy has also been back and forth from urgent care for her own treatments and testing, even spending a night in the hospital herself.  Their two children, Killian and Kylie, have been amazing rocks for their parents, but look forward to returning to sports, school, and fun with friends once the family is out of quarantine.


Brian and Lindy are small business owners in Ventura, CA.  They have built their business from the ground up and had high hopes of continuing to see it grow until this unexpected medical situation arose.  Like many small business owners, their income relies on them providing a service, which they have been unable to do since early April; if they aren't working, they aren't bringing in income.  Brian's prognosis changes daily, though the consistent message is that it will be quite some time before he's able to return to work and provide for his family.   With these donations, they will be able to support their family until Brian's health allows him to return to what he loves.
