Blessings for the Jiles

Chris Jiles and his amazing wife Megan are on a journey towards health for Chris. After years of some health issues, Chris was finally diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Recently Chris became extremely ill, losing 30lbs and needing to be hospitalized. He had a successful surgery to remove his colon on January 29th and was discharged today, February 4th,  after 16 days in the hospital. 

This is the beginning of a long journey for Chris and Megan. He will need two additional surgeries, the first will occur in 3-6 months once he has regained his health and recovered from the recent surgery. Both surgeries will be done up in Portland requiring travel and expenses. 

Chris is a self motivated, hard working, self employed entrepreneur in the construction business. Due to his health he has been unable to work for some time and will be unable to work for at least another month. He will also have to take time off in the future to have his additional surgeries and recover. Megan is an amazing teacher at Grace, she has been a faithful wife by her husbands side, which has taken her away from her work and obviously effecting things financially. 

The Jiles are an amazing couple who are an example of Christ in so many ways. Their faith is amazing and the Lord will continue to grow their testimonies through this difficult time. They are surrounded by so much love and support. 

Please take this opportunity to be the hands and feet of Christ and share in their burden by donating  to Chris and Megan. The funds will be used to help them with financial burdens that have been created from their time away from work, medical bills, upcoming travel and surgeries, as well as future time they will both need to be off of work.
