Three weeks ago, our sweet girl Moon stopped eating and was clearly struggling with something internally. In the course of the past week, Evangelon had to rush Moon to the vet twice and was crushed to learn that the vet suspected a terminal diagnosis. Evangelon made the tough choice to pay for an expensive surgery that had a high probability of having to put Moon down for her own wellbeing. After saying her last goodbyes, Evangelon prayed and waited. The vet called and despite a bleak prognosis, Moon didn't have cancer, but instead couldn't pass an inedible object through her digestive system. Though Evangelon would pay anything for extra years with Moon, offsetting the veterinary costs would be a blessing on top of the greatest of blessings. If you've ever met Evangelon or Moon, you know there is no pair more deserving!
