Blessings for Matthew Keenan

Matthew has been fighting a bad cough & general not-feeling-well for about 6 weeks. He saw the doctor 5 weeks ago, got a steroid shot & antibiotics. Didn't improve. Doc gave him more antibiotics, oral steroids and cough meds with little to no improvement and eventually his symptoms worsened. His doctor was out of town & sent Matthew to the ER where they discovered a large lesion of infection on his lung. They admitted him, ran lots of tests and he saw the infectious disease doctor and pulmonologist. The diagnosis: tuberculosis(TB).


He is quarantined in his house for 60 days and not able to work. Normally it would be a 30 day quarantine but because his immune system is compromised, he must remain in quarantine for 60 days to help reduce the risk of contracting the current virus infecting the world right now. He is on medication for TB.

His financial needs are immediate; normal living expenses (rent, car loan, insurance, phone, groceries etc) not to mention the medical costs from the hospital and doctors.

Our goal is to help be a blessing to Matthew and raise enough money to cover his living expenses for several months and help pay his medical bills. He does have insurance with a high deductible and he will have to pay whatever insurance does not or will not cover.
