Blessings for Jordan
Donation protected
Last July, Jordan was suddenly diagnosed with a severe case of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Due to the severity of her diagnosis, she had to immediately begin chemotherapy treatments. As a result, she was unable to pursue fertility preservation treatments. After 6 months of chemotherapy, although her tumor dramatically reduced in size, sadly it is not completely healed.
With a potential Stem Cell Treatment taking place soon or after a possible relapse, Jordan would like to harvest her eggs to preserve a chance of having children naturally.
Stem Cell replacement will involve a more aggressive chemotherapy treatment that is very likely to cause infertility.
She has a short window of opportunity over the next couple of weeks to start the fertility preservation treatment by harvesting her eggs. Unfortunately, this is not covered by insurance and is a very expensive procedure.
Many of you have followed Jordan’s struggle with cancer from the beginning and have witnessed her incredible spirit, strength and determination. Many have also asked what they could do to help. The hope to someday have her own children is a precious dream that Jordan has always talked about. If you would like to help her by donating to her treatment, it would be a tremendous blessing.
Thank you for your continued prayers and encouragement as Jordan continues to fight cancer.
