On Wednesday evening, April 27th, Branson Robertson (of Eclectic, Al.) was seriously injured in an automobile accident, while on his way to church. Branson is one of the finest young men I have ever known. In fact, being a very dear friend of our grandson, we consider Branson our “adopted grandson”. Currently, Branson is in ICU at Baptist South, suffering from a crushed jaw, bleeding around his spleen and fluid around his lungs. Brandon is heavily sedated and has numerous tubes inserted, to include one to help him breathe. Many of you have asked what you can do to help this precious young man and his family. Obviously, the family will be facing large medical bills and Brandon’s vehicle that he drove to school and church was destroyed. If you feel it in your heart to help this family with your donation, and most importantly your prayers, I know that Branson and his family would be so appreciative. Branson will be airlifted to Children’s or UAB. for surgery. The doctors have said that he will remain on the ventilator until he goes to surgery. May the Lord continue to wrap his healing hands around this precious young man, and thank you for your consideration.
