Meet Baby Easton!
This tiny little love was born on October 26th, in a hospital in Las Vegas. He entered the world at 26 weeks gestation, weighing only 1lb 12 oz. Due to the circumstances surrounding his birth, he sat in the NICU for the first 4 weeks of his precious life, while social workers searched for a birth family for him.
Meet Telina!
Telina is a foster mother who has poured out her heart to foster babies in the city of Jacksonville FL over the last few years. Telina wanted so very much to be a forever mamma to a child who needed a forever family.
On the Monday before Thanksgiving, Telina received an email from a friend about a preemie in Vegas who desperately needed a mamma to fight for him!
She quickly sent in her paperwork only to find out that another family was chosen.
The following day she received a call that the chosen family had decided not to move foward with this adoption. Long story short, Telina was chosen by the birth mother to be the forever mamma for Baby Easton!
After God moved a few mountains, the homestudy was completed and all necessary documentation was submited.
Telina was able to meet her son!!!
This adoption is nothing short of incredible, and Baby Easton Caleb will NEVER know a single day without someone fighting for him, ever again! Telina has invested so much in this adoption already between agency fees, a homestudy, getting to Vegas, the Ronald McDonald house, renting a car etc. Easton will most likely have another 8 weeks in the hospital before he can come home to Jacksonville. His insurance alone is $1,200 a month!!
We would like nothing more than to rally around these two and provide support during this time. While Telina spends close to 10 hours each day at Easton's side watching him grow and advance, let's share this go fund page for them and blow them away with a huge Christmas gift to help lighten the financial load of this.
