Hello Family and Friends!

As many of you know, on September 24, 2024, Hurricane Helene caused massive devastation across the Southeast, and our hometown Valdosta, GA, was significantly impacted. Unfortunately, our parents' home was left in ruin after a large oak fell right into the heart of the home. A place where many of you have come, fellowshipped, and celebrated, the home we grew up in, destroyed.

In addition to losing their home, our mother was hospitalized and remains in the ICU in Atlanta. She has had her ups and downs in her illness, but our mother has always kept a bright, beautiful spirit. God has always remained faithful and kept her covered, but she has a long road ahead. All of her specialists and medical providers are in Atlanta, and she needs to remain close to get the care she needs. Now, with everything that has transpired, they will be relocating and remaining in Atlanta.

Many of you have reached out regarding how you can be helpful. We are starting this fund so we may begin to pick up the pieces and they can have a fresh start. The money raised in this fund will be geared toward moving expenses, getting a new apartment for our parents, repairs to the house and tree removal that may not be covered by FEMA, and initial costs for a few months' rent until our father begins work here in Atlanta. We appreciate any amount your heart is compelled to donate. We greatly appreciate you being part of our village. We love you and thank you!
