Blessing for Destiny’s HEALING JOURNEY.

Hello everyone. On behalf of my daughter Destiny Gates we would like to say THANK YOU, for all of your calls, messages and video chats. Thank You, for making donations to help us reach the requested goal of $5000. But above all these things we are eternally GRATEFUL for your PRAYERS. I would like to update you on her status because we were hit with another mountain to climb when the transport team business office finally gave us an estimate on how much it will cost us to get her home. The minimum and quote they provided us is $9000. She has been transported as of yesterday to a Rehabilitation Center in Dallas,TX. by choice of the insurance company. Destiny is able to communicate but not clearly. She is trying to message and text but she can not talk. However her communications are enough to know that she is not feeling comfortable with where she is placed. As a mother I am concerned and want nothing more than for her to come home so our family can be with her during her recovery. Please continue to give what you can. This is not something that I would normally due because of pride. But I can’t allow my pride to destroy me; when I know there are people willing to help my child. No matter how old she gets as a parents we still try to do what we can when they are in circumstances like these. She is already exhibiting decline and beginning to cough bad and she have not been at the facility more than two days. She even stressed that she feels like a bother when she calls for help. It sometimes take a long period to get aid. And they may be the case in most medical facilities due to understaffing.
