I have been selected to participate in the summer 2017 Teens Westward Bound; a 23 day bus trip west along with 80+ teenagers. Can you help me have the experience of a lifetime? I am currently a Junior at Central Academy of Technology and Arts High School with a 4.3 gpa. I am an AP and honors student in the Medical Sciences Academy as I am working towards my goal of becoming a doctor. Not only am I dedicated to my school work, but I am also involved in many extracurricular activities including Beta Club, Student Council, Black History Club, Earth and Environmental Club, Prom Committee, Spring Track, and I am a proud Chick-fil-a employee. Traveling with TWB will allow me to experience our beautiful country, visiting places like Yellowstone National Park, Mt. Rushmore, multiple universities, Grand Canyon National Park, just to name a few. I will create everlasting memories and establish lifelong friendships. With your help, this trip will be amazing.
