Need your help!

Yesterday God spared my life, for whatever reason. Please help. This is my first ever car accident and it was a total loss, but im so blessed to be alive, in Alot of pain , but I know I will overcome this with the strength God gives me. I am not one to ask for help , but this time I need it.
