Bless the Poor of India, Kenya, & Uganda

In multiple places in Proverbs…ONE OF THE GREAT BOOKS OF WISDOM… we have very similar reminders of God’s alignment with the poor and marginalized.

Proverbs 19:17 ESV

17 Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord,

and he will repay him for his deed.

With this truth in mind, we want to end the year with OUR hearts and hands in alignment with the God who is on the margins with the poor.

Would you consider giving to the "Lend to the Lord" campaign to provide essentials, food, clothing, care, and Christmas joy to the children of 3 international micrcohcurches of the Unshackled Network.

His Providence Ministries in Uganda is an orphanage that was started by one young man with a vision to love the poor. They survive on the donations of God's people daily.

Bethlehem Full Gospel Ministries is focused on bringing the complete truth to the poor in India. They travel to the "untouchables" and unreached villages seeking ways to bless the poor. This Christmas they'd like to participate in Operation Christmas Child.

Steps of Kindness is a microchurch in Nairobi, Kenya that recognizes that the gospel has limited impact on people suffering from hunger and joblessness, without practical help with it. They want to be those hands and feet of Jesus.

Today decide to Lend to the Lord knowing that no dollar given on his behalf is ever wasted.
