Our dear friend Steve Bacon is in the hospital. He is the husband of our beloved Stephanie Bacon who we were blessed to have as Amelia's piano teacher, and now we are blessed to have as a sweet friend. Below are the details of the illness he is battling from Stephanie:

"Steve initially was diagnosed with pneumonia (negative covid test). After 10 days of being on 2 antibiotics, he was not getting any better but rather weaker with each day. Saturday, I took him back to the ER and they admitted him. He is in isolation and doctors have not given us any answers or updated diagnosis. Most know, Steve received a kidney from a friend 9 years ago. He takes a lot of medication to be able to keep this gift. He has a highly compromised immune system due to the medication. Thank you for praying. Jesus be near."

Steve has used up all of his sick and vacation hours so it is becoming a financial burden for their family. This family has blessed so many of us in so many ways...please join me in blessing her family.
