Family, friends I'm reaching out to you for a worthy cause.  I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease, and I am on the brink of having to get dialysis.  I have embarked on a specialized kidney treatment by a prominent doctor. This treatment involves expensive products, extensive consultation, and the need for additional resources. This treatment is also not covered by health insurance.

The treatment will be quite costly over $5,000.  I have been deeply involved in ministering to the community, homeless, and less fortunate for over 20 years.  At this time, I need assistance in acquiring this treatment. I am appealing to your support and generosity in this endeavor. 

I am presently the senior pastor at All Nations Community Mission. 

Beloved because of the seriousness of this medical challenge, I do not have much time. The treatment has begun but these additional fees will help us accomplish our goal. 

It is not my custom to appeal for funds, but in this case, it is imperative that I receive the required treatment.   At this time, I am unable to work.
