Blaylock's Road to Recovery

Hi, my name is Dustin Corliss Matt's battle buddy and long time brother. Family , friends , fellow brothers and sisters in arms , and loving supporters of disabled veterans, Our dear brother and friend Jon Adam Blaylock was recently struck by a driver that ran through a red light. Jon Adam Blaylock was riding his motorcycle home when he was struck. He spent several days in an induced coma due to the extent of his injuries , which varied from brain trauma , multiple broken bones in his ribs , hands , feet , legs and arms.

Many of his injuries required surgery multiple times in order to correct the issues as good as these blessed doctors were able. The extent of his brain injuries requires that he go through a plethora of rehab of which he will begin shortly when his transfer from his current hospital is fully completed. We all know and have known family and friends that have gone through trying times such as this , and the financial burden is often the hardest part.

Jon Adam Blaylock is a father of two beautiful children and a wonderful wife Cay Blaylock and they desperately want to see him recover and have him home. Unfortunately this will be a long process , during which , he will not be able to work , and even after he recovers , we all know jumping back into the workforce is difficult. All we are asking is that you picture yourself in a time of need and what you would hope others would do for you and come to your aid when you needed it most. We are trying to raise as much as possible , but are not asking for any more than what you can do, in fact we would love that you spread the word amongst your networks to even people that do not know Jon Adam Blaylock , but in their heart of hearts would be willing to donate just a small fraction of funds to support a disabled veteran that is in dire need of our help. If we can share this with as many people as we could , 5 , 10 even 15 thousand people that could donate $1-$5, we could change this family life in hardest hour financially. He served us, he served our country, no we can serve him , and may each of you gain a blessings from our Heavenly Father in doing so.
