Allyn Blanton was forced to leave his job in 2020 due to medical reasons. In January, he was hospitalized for pneumonia and respiratory failure. In early February, Allyn's wife had some scheduled surgery completed. 3 days after she was released from the hospital, Allyn was brought to the ER and admitted to the hospital again for unresolved reoccurring pneumonia.
During his hospital stay, Mrs Blanton was brought to the ER with complications from her surgery.
Mrs Blanton is the sole source of income and they do have insurance. Their deductible is $5,000 and then the insurance will pay 60%. With expected medical bills into the tens of thousands, they are asking for your help.
The Blantons are volunteers and foster parents at a local animal rescue and often donate their time for various benefits. They are hoping that their giving will be given back to them in their time of need.
