I am creating this fundraiser for one of my best friends whose daughter recently was in a fight for her life.

On March 8, Blakelee Hyatt (5 years old) began having a nosebleed out of nowhere. This seemingly small event led to admission to the hospital, placed in the ICU, blood transfusions, light flight to another hospital, and her family feeling helpless. For 15 days Blakelee laid in a hospital bed with doctors unable to provide her family with a single answer as to why this was happening or where the bleed was coming from. But BY THE GRACE OF GOD as Blakelee was about to be taken back for her FOURTH surgery in an attempt to stop the bleed. It was gone. The bleeding had stopped.

Unfortunately, Blakelee does not have medical insurance, and the hospital bills are coming in and no end in sight as Blakelee will have to see specialists and have more extensive testing done to find an answer and make sure this does not happen again. I am creating this in hopes to help ease the financial burden from her amazing parents. They are both self employed and work extremely hard to provide a living for their girls.
