Blake Price's Surgery & Recovery

Hello friends,

I don’t typically do things like this, but I’m devastated by these recent occurrences with our close family friends, Renae and Wayne Price. Their son Blake is only 17 years old and has been in the hospital since January 25 with gastrointestinal issues. On Monday the 20th they performed a surgery to try to repair his colon that resulted in the use of a colostomy bag. He is still in the hospital and will most likely be needing another two surgeries and a long road ahead in recovery. They are hoping he can eventually remove the bag, but they are not yet certain. Naturally, not all the hospital expenses are covered and with missed work days and regular life, their bills are getting overwhelming. Anything you can contribute will certainly be appreciated as they have so much on their plates at this time. No one should have to see their child in these conditions. Are thoughts and prayers are with them all; and especially with Blake.
