Blake Cohen is my sister and she is a wonderful mother to her daughter Rylee age 11. She is an incredible preschool teacher at Temple Torah.
For the last 3 years she has suffered with a bad back and has sought out all available treatments. 3 weeks ago she took a turn for the worse and is in debilitating pain. She has seen the surgeon and needs immediate surgery to relieve the pressure on her spinal cord. She will be having surgery May 9.
She has been out of work for a week and will need the next 2 months to recover after her surgery. She is the sole provider for her household and as you can imagine this is a huge strain. This is very difficult for her family and they need our help.
Please anything that you can give to them would be greatly appreciated to help alleviate some of the stress she is going through.
I know she cant wait to get back to school with all the children that she loves and cherishes so much.
