Our beloved and beautiful Blaise, suddenly and unexpectedly, passed on April 21, 2021. Blaise was an amazing sister, a loyal friend, a loving aunt, and a thoughtful daughter who touched the lives of those around her. She leaves behind her mother (Mary), her father (Andy), her two sisters (LeighAnn & Tiegan), and her dogs (Sheila & Jasper).
We are all devastated by this sudden loss. The McGuires were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Blaise the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory, and say our last goodbyes.
We are raising funds to help the McGuire family pay for these unexpected funeral costs and help us remember the beautiful soul that we all loved so much. 100% of the funds raised on this site will go to the McGuire family. The money is intended to go towards covering the burial costs, the 3 Celebrations of Life, and grief counseling.
Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help our family during this difficult time. Any amount large or small is most appreciated. After making a donation, please share one of your favorite memories with Blaise. Honoring her short life, with wonderful memories, will help ease the pain.
Thank you so much for helping the McGuire family during this devastating time and for helping us keep her memory alive.
UPDATE: The McGuire family will be hosting 3 different "Celebration of Life" ceremonies, so everyone who loved Blaise can be included. The destinations include Oregon, Maryland, and Kentucky. The extra monies raised will be used for travel expenses, hosting the ceremony, and covering lost wages while out. This will likely happen closer to the end of the year, as currently COVID-19 cases are increasing and we want everyone to gather safely. We will gladly post an update here once more details have been released. Any money remaining, will be placed in a college fund for Tiegan (in honor of Blaise).
Thank you again for your overwhelming support.
With a heavy heart,
