Blair Reid
Donation protected
I am writing in support of my childhood family friend Suzanne Neely and her son Blair Reid who is battling langerhans cell histocytosis.
Suzanne is a loving, hard working single mother of 3 boys; Joshua 23, Blair 21 and Daniel 18.
Her eldest son Joshua was diagnosed with stage 4 Ewing Sarcoma about 10 years ago.
He endured surgeries followed by chemotherapy and radiation over a two year period. Thankfully, Joshua is a survivor however, will require continued support throughout his life.
Following a difficult diagnosis requiring several trips to London and Toronto it has been determined that Blair is in need of a double lung transplant. On approval, he will be required to remain in Toronto for preoperative preparations, transplant and rehabilitation for a minimum of 3 months. It is Suzanne's wish to remain present for her son in this time of need. In order to provide support to Blair and maintain her home and family's well being in Sarnia she will appreciate all the help she can get.
Please consider assisting this family on their journey.
Your support is appreciated.
