Gender affirming surgery support

Hi,I don’t even know how to start this or the right way to say it but I’ll do my best to keep it succinct.I’m Blair, I am 27 years old and I was born male in the wrong body and I have been on hormones since early 2017 and it’s been a roller coaster.I have had facial feminisation surgery in argentina which cost me including flights approximately 20,000 aud. I travelled to south america because US surgeons would have quoted me approx $50,000 just for facial feminisation work, particularly the well renowned ones ie. Harrison Lee/ Toby Mayer.$3,500 of that amount of was donations that helped distinctly with the $5,000 required for flights alone to see a surgeon who is experienced in transgender facial/ body surgeries as there is no one in Australia apart from a small handful who are knowledgeable/ experienced in gender affirming surgeries and if they are their fees are high.My life feels like it’s in a constant pause and waiting to actually live because every day I have to accomodate and battle against seeing a 27 year old human born in a male body that has been softened by hormones but is still not who i’m supposed to be at all. My goal is to have SRS (sexual reassignment surgery) or bottom surgery, and a breast augmentation and a tracheal (adams apple) shave and possibly have my facial bone structure re-examined to see if there’s anything that can be softened to give me the female face I was always supposed to have.If I were to have the gender affirming surgeries I need I would need approximately $50,000 aud to do it comfortably and finally hopefully before i’m 30 have the genitals and body I need.As much as the online articles may push this agenda of transgenderism being a trend or something people change their minds about; I say with every fibre of my being that this is life or death. And with no government support with payments for surgeries I graciously ask for help if you can. You’ll never know how much it means. Thank you if you even just took the time to read this x
