On Saturday, June 1st, Blair and 2 others were helping dig a trench when a sidewall collapsed.  The majority of the collapse fell on Blair, he was trapped under a boulder sized chunk of topsoil.  Those around assisted to get him out from under the dirt and up the ladder from the trench.  Being 30 miles from the nearest town and down 15 miles of dirt road, the EMTs decided to fly him to Casper for medical attention.  Once there, scans were performed and it was deamed he had fractured his pelvis.  Blair was then flown to Denver where he received surgery to add a plate and three screws. Since then, he has been feeling better and been able to move around in a wheelchair and is on his way home to Gillette as we type.  The doctors believe he will be in the wheel chair for 12 weeks with a no weight bearing restriction for the first stint with physical therapy to follow.  It is guestimated he will not return to work for a minimum of 3 months.  With the stress of daily bills and the medical bills will beginning to pile up, we are setting up this go fund me page in hopes to help him through this struggling time.
