We are Blah Bar, a small bar and music venue in Lismore that has been operating for the last 6 months as a space for artists both young and old, emerging or established, local and not so local, to come and perform.

Recently we've encountered some issues with our DA application which have the potential to force us to cease trading as a music venue, and in order to remain operating and continue to provide a creative space for artists to perform and grow we are required to make some upgrades to the venue, and are asking for assistance from the amazing community that has welcomed us so warmly.

We have poured our heart and soul into building an intimate and welcoming venue for people of all ages and walks of life, and would love to continue to be able to support and be part of the amazing arts community of the Northern Rivers and beyond.

Funds would go directly to upgrading the fire safety systems in the venue, and towards some fairly prohibitve council fees involved in the DA application.
