BRCC’s 40 Acres and a Mule Initiative really should be 40 acres and a Cadillac. which is a modern reclamation of what was promised—land, ownership, and economic freedom. This visionary program is rooted in history but built for the future, designed to return control of valuable real estate and agricultural assets to the hands of our community.

We are acquiring commercial land, farming space, and resort-style properties to be co-owned, developed, or utilized by BRCC members. Through this initiative, we are restoring power and agency to individuals who have historically been excluded from land ownership and generational wealth.
