Terry Blackburn, a member of the Western Utility Telecom family lost his wife, Carol Blackburn of 39 years on February 17, 2021 sadly due to cancer. Carol was strong in her faith, a happy and caring person who was always willing to help others.
Carol’s battle with cancer ultimately resulted in her untimely passing which came at a heavy financial burden to the Blackburn family. Mounting health care and funeral costs along with other unexpected costs have challenged the Blackburn family.
Western Utility Telecom extends their condolences to the entire Blackburn family and wants to help them reach their goal of $35,000 by creating this GoFundMe campaign in Carol’s memory.
