"Black Snow" Senior Thesis Film

Hi there!

We are Conrad Murphy and Rayne Polkowski, graduating seniors at the State University of New York at Oswego working on our thesis film. We are award-winning experimental filmmakers, with wins both locally and internationally, so we wanted to go out with a bang and film ambitiously for our final student project. But we need your help!

Black Snow is a 3-part experimental anthology series following the concept of one word: influence. But in particular, governmental and societal influence, and how certain ideologies and behaviors become normalized and ingrained into who we are as people.

However, because of the project's inherent ambition, we are seeking financial assistance. Funds will go towards buying and creating props, paying actors' salaries, creating costumes, covering the cost of food and travel for the cast and crew, and covering subsequent festival fees after its completion. Donators will get their names in the credits (and if you reach out to Rayne and/or provide us an email/number, she will send you a little frog drawing as a thank you!)
