We were forced to shut our doors on March 16th due to the Covid 19 - Corona Virus that has ravaged our beloved city. After thirteen years in business in NYC - this was one event we could not foresee and unfortunately our business interruption insurance is not covering a pandemic. We are working diligently to try to secure emergency loans, which will help to pay our amazing team, but we will need additional funding to actually re-open.

Any donation you can afford will be deeply appreciated and we plan to have a re-opening celebration and plaque made to name and thank our supporters.

A cozy neighborhood bar, Black Rabbit has been tending to the residents and visitors in Greenpoint, Brooklyn for over thirteen years. We wish our friends and neighbors all the best. We love and miss you dearly.
