My home has sustained damage from previous owner putting the wrong roof on the manufactured home allowing the roof to soak up the rain and now it has leaked into the ceiling and walls and was not vented, so black mold is overtaking the entire ceiling. The cost to repair this roof and ceiling is upwards of 40K. We need to live elsewhere as we cannot stay in the home. Insurance is useless unless my roof has wind damage.

I am not sure what I can do, but I know I cannot afford to repair the roof, as my income has also dried up since I cannot live in the house, I cannot go to a job and while we were online through the pandemic, now classes are only in person that are available to me.

Just bereft.
