Black Authors Matter. It's critically important that young adult books written by black authors are available for teens.

Jackie Kolgraf and Verity Harris, the co-owners of United By Pop and United By Books, are raising money to benefit The Children's Book Project, a non-profit organisation that gives away free books to teens in under-served communities.

We believe that every book is unique; every teen is an individual; and every person is a reader. Our mission is to empower teens to find the books that nourish their hearts and minds. Through our work, we are building a community of readers.
