The UWSP Men's rugby club is part of long tradition of respect and growth of the great game of rugby. Last year alone the team punched their ticket to not one but two national tournaments for 7s and 15s. After an undefeated season this year we have earned a second trip to 15s nationals in Moraga California this April! Unfortunately we are facing a budgetary crisis this year, and at this time we are far from being able to afford to make the expensive trip out to California. The team has worked very hard to get back to the national tournament and would hate to have all that work just thrown away because of a lack of funds.
Our goal is to raise enough money to cover a flight to California. We are estimating that we need around $5,000 to cover this expenses while paying for hotel rooms and food by ourselves. Every cent counts in reaching our goal and any donations no matter how small are appreciated. Thank you for your consideration!
