Clean The Streets of Afgooye

My name is Fahmo Abdulle and I was recently touched by the story of Mohamed Said Halane. He is a young man striving to clean up his community in the city of Afgooye. Although he has many volunteers to help including young children, they lack the basic resources to effectively clean up their neighborhoods. Right now they are burning trash after they gather it because they have no other way to dispose of it. However, that has negative consequences as well as health risks since it emits carbon monoxide. I need your help to make sure they have a cleaner more sustainable way to clean up their city.

The money raised would go towards resources to make this task more possible. They are in need of rakes, shovels, wheel barrows, garbage bags and cans to dispose the garbage, gloves, water, proper shoes for the young children and volunteers. 

So often we take for granted a clean environment. Together we can help a community create a cleaner, safer and healthier space for their people.
