Help for my brother

At the young age of 12, my brother Dean was hit by a car while riding his bike. He spent months in the hospital recovering. Pins, skin graphs etc... At the age of 17, after graduating from high school he moved in with our uncle, a paraplegic to help take care of him. He has spent 33 years working a full time job and  being a full time care giver. 5 years ago he had to quit his job because my uncle’s health was deteriorating. My uncle’s care requires him to be available 24 hours a day. 12 months ago my brother woke up with something wrong. After several doctor appointments he learned that all of the Articular cartilage was gone. This causes so much pain and the inability to walk, stand etc... he has drained all of his savings trying techniques to start re growth of cartilage but nothing has worked. my brother is in need to double hip replacements. With no health care, this makes the hope of hip replacements, impossible. He has given his life to care for others and is now in need. Please help me help my brother.
