As you know, the housing market in New Orleans is trash, and I need your help: Help two baddies (me and my dog) avoid houselessness and stay in the city they've spent over a decade in! Your favorite bartender needs you to pour into her cup just this once.

After being jobless for almost six months in the slowest part of the year, I am facing one last hurdle to secure myself in New Orleans:

HOUSING.

As a single person, my income is already pretty fixed, and the addition of securing a deposit and first month's rent has become something I'm not sure I can accomplish on my own.

That being said, all I need is help securing funds for a deposit. It is hard being a single person on a fixed income. I work seven days a week, almost sixty hours a week, and I really just don't want it to be for nothing.
