In Loving Memory of Sohaib Hassan, son of Abdirizak and Ayan

With shaken hearts and prayers, we share the unimaginable loss of our beloved Sohaib, a beautiful and loving 6-year-old boy.

On May 1st 2025, Sohaib passed away in a devastating accident after falling from the 10th floor in his apartment. In an instant, a family’s world was turned upside down. His parents and five siblings are now left to navigate a grief no parent or child should ever endure.

As they mourn, they are also facing financial constraints: funeral costs, urgent need to move to a new home away from the place of trauma and support for the children. Your donation, no matter the size, will help this family begin to rebuild and breathe amidst the storm.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

"Whoever relieves a believer’s difficulty of this world, Allah will rescue him from a difficulty of the difficulties of the Hereafter-"

We ask you, as our extended family and community, to help us relieve this family. Let your generosity  be a comfort in this world and a light for you in the next.

May Allah grant Sohaib the highest place in Jannat al-Firdaus, make his grave a garden of peace, and reunite him with his loved ones in the hereafter. May Allah envelope his family with strength, sabr, and healing.
